I've ordered the wrong item

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, or the item is not as expected, you can return it at your own expense within 30 days after receipt. The product must be in the same condition as when you purchased it. In exceptional cases, we keep the right to charge up to 20% if it is unclear why a product has been returned or if the condition of the part or packaging has been changed.

The item is faulty or damaged

Of course we hope you will receive your item in a good condition. Should the product fail within 30 days after receipt, you will get a full refund or a replacement if available. If the item arrives damaged due to the shipment, please contact us and send us pictures of the box and the damaged part. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please send us the pictures by email: info@maxodeals.com.
