Item availability
The item shows 'out of stock', am I still able to purchase the item?
Unfortunately, we are not able to help with an item if it shows out of stock. A quick delivery time is extremely important to us. Therefore, we can only help with products we have in stock in our own warehouse. If a products shows 'Out of stock', we won't be able to help out with that item.

Note: Don't forget to search for the item number in the search bar on top of the page. We might have the unit you're looking for in a different condition!
I am searching for an item but the site doesn't give any results if I search for it. Are you still able to help me out?
Our current stock is shown in our online store.

Unfortunately we are not able to help you out if the site does not show the item when you search for it. 

A quick delivery time is extremely important to us.
Therefore, we can only help with products we have in stock in our own warehouse.
This way we are able to guarantee same day dispatch.


Note: Try searching a part of the item number to be sure we don't have the item in stock.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return the order within 30 days after receipt. You will receive a full refund or a replacement. Please note the unit must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on all of our products (new and used). You can find more information about our warranty on this page: warranty
Is it possible to order as a company (without paying VAT)?
Yes, you can purchase as a company. Please fill in your VAT number and company name at the last step in the check out. You will not be charged VAT, if your company is based outside of the Netherlands and has a valid VAT number. NOTE! If you are purchasing from outside the EU, VAT will be never applied.
Is it possible to receive a proforma invoice?
Yes, we will send you a proforma invoice if you choose for the payment method: ‘Bank Transfer Payment’ at the check out. You can pay with bank transfer, PayPal or Credit Card after you have received the proforma invoice. We will ship your order out as soon as we have received the payment.
Can I order without an account?
Yes, you can order without an account. Just choose ‘Check out as guest’ at the Check out. We do recommend purchasing with an account in case you might purchase again in the future. This saves a lot of time!

How long will it take for my part to arrive?
The delivery time depends on the destination. The estimated delivery time for UPS Standard is: • Europe: 1-3 business days
• US: 2-3 business days
• Rest of the world: 3-5 business days. You can choose the preferred shipment method at the last step in the check out.
What shipment methods do you offer?
We offer shipment with UPS, TNT or Schenker. We offer shipment with Schenker for pallet shipments within the EU. You can also choose to arrange the shipment yourself:
- We can ship on your UPS or TNT account.
- You can choose to arrange the shipment yourself and plan a pick-up (location: Roosendaal, The Netherlands).
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on your address and the total weight of your order. You can calculate the shipping costs in the last step of the check out by filling out your postal code and country.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipment with UPS and TNT or Schenker (for pallet shipments within the EU).
Is it possible to ship my order using express service?
Yes, it is possible to ship the order with express shipment. You can choose the shipping method at the last step in the check out. The estimated delivery time for UPS Express is:
• Europe: 1 business day
• US: 1-2 business days
• Rest of the world: 2-5 business days

The exact shipping time depends on your postal code and the weight of the order.
Do I have to pay import duties if I'm based outside the European Union?
Yes, we send all of our goods "DDU" (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that you will be responsible for any costs for importing the goods. Therefore, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. We are not able to calculate the import costs for you. We can only add a commercial invoice to your shipment.

Payment
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment with bank transfer, PayPal, iDeal, Mastercard or Visa. *Payment with Mastercard or Visa through the web shop is only possible when you have selected the currency Euro. *Bank transfers may take 1 or 2 days to reach our account, this can delay the shipment.
Will I receive an invoice?
With the shipment you will receive a delivery note. The invoice can be found in your account in the web shop when the order has been processed. We can also always send the invoice by mail on request. We will send you a proforma invoice before payment if you choose for ‘Bank Transfer Payment’ at the checkout.
